Shipping policy

We will ship orders can soon as possible after receipt, normally ship within 2 business days excluding weekends. For example if an order is received after 4pm Monday to Thursday the first business day will begin at 9 am the following day. Orders recieved after 3pm on Friday will normally be shipped on the following Monday. Orders recieved over the weekend i.e.  between 3pm Friday and midnight on Sunday will be subject to the 2 business day shipping target with the first business day starting at 9am on Monday.

If an order is required by a specific date you must make us aware at the point of order via email to : mouseworkspots@gmail.com we will endeavour to meet any reasonable delivery request subject to the limitations of our chosen courier.
